Sydney is a Massage Therapist, Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.  She practices with a strong therapeutic focus, using evidence-based techniques to ensure each treatment is effective and tailored to the individual. She is confident in working through a wide range of physical ailments and injuries, and is committed to helping her clients navigate their healing journey. 

Each treatment Sydney provides is customized to meet the specific goals and needs of her clients, whether she is supporting injury recovery, addressing acute or chronic pain, helping to reduce cortisol levels, or promoting quality rest, She’s passionate about coming alongside clients during life’s challenges, offering not only skilled hands but a hopeful heart.  

Outside of her treatment room, she is an outdoors enthusiast, a wife and the best friend of a very spoiled dog.  Ambitious by nature, she’s always chasing growth and awaiting her next adventure.
