Rachel has been with Symetrics since 2021 and has worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant since 2023. 
She is a certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and has a certification from OrthoCanada’s K-Tape Academy.

She is a graduate of Canadore’s Recreation and Leisure Services program and Strength and Sport Conditioning program.

Rachel has also been a youth volleyball coach for over 10 years. She coaches in the Panthers Youth Volleyball Club; formerly known as the Vision Volleyball Club.
