As the COVID-19 global pandemic evolves around the world and in Canada, we are adhering to all recommendations put forward by the government and local health authorities. Just like you we are closely monitoring developments and recommendations as they arise. We will remain open and have taken the following precautions to ensure a safe environment while you receive services from us.
These precautions include:
Two-stage screening of clients: screening clients and families over the phone prior to their appointment and again when they arrive for presence of flu symptoms including cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever and difficulty breathing.
Requesting that anyone who has travelled to areas with active travel advisories reschedule their appointments.
Asking all clients to use hand sanitizer upon arriving at the front desk reception area or to wash their hands in our washroom using soap and water.
Increased sanitization protocols during client interaction. Staff will wash and sanitize their hands, tools, and any surfaces clients are touching before and after your visit.
The health and safety of our clients, staff, and community is our greatest priority at this time. With this in mind, if you are not feeling well, or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment and contact local health authorities.
