• Interac, Visa / MasterCard or Cheque
• Auto insurance, and extended health care insurance coverage, for motor vehicle accident patients,
• OHIP-for patients who meet criteria from Ministry of Health. The doctor who writes the referral must practice in Ontario.
• Some employee health plans (please inquire)

Cancellation Policy

Physiotherapy and Chiropractic:
$40 no show fee will be applied to cancelled appointments, if we are not notified 24 hrs prior.

Massage therapy:
$50 no show fee will be applied, if we are not notified 24 hrs prior.

Requirements for Auto Claims:

• Before booking with us, contact your insurance provider and submit your claim
• Receive a claim number
• Have an OCF1 form completed
• Contact us with your adjudicator’s contact information
